Okay the holidays are over. I’d like to think I didn’t gain any weight but I can guarantee you that I didn’t lose any. I don’t really believe in “New Years Resolutions” because everyone breaks them and it’s pointless to only set a one year goal. I’ve been rather unhappy with my appearance for the last year. I looked at pictures of my when I was a freshman in college and DAMN I LOOKED GOOD. Even then though, I wasn’t satisfied with my appearance.
Well today, I’ve decided I am going to change my appearance. I looked into a personal trainer and it’s like $2,000 a month! $2,000 a month! I think I’ll just try working out some more and eating healthier before I throw down that kind of money! Hell I could have lipo for a little more money and I wouldn’t have to anything but go under the knife and let them stick a tube in me!
So starting Monday, because weekends are hard to start new lifestyles, I am going to go on a Nazi regiment of eating healthier and working out 3-4 times a week. The goal: 20 pounds in 8 weeks. That means by March 12th, I need to weigh 120 lbs. Yes folks, I’m packing 140 right now. No pizza hut, no potbelly, no Good Stuff, NOTHING! I have no excuse. Election season is over, I don’t need to work 50 hours a week, I can do this.
I encourage all my friends who are unhappy with their lives to make a change also! The 60 day challenge begins Monday! I’ll update you as I go.
