One more day left of the old Tierra. One more day of eating whatever I want. Starting tomorrow morning, I will be on a strict diet of oatmeal, carrots, chicken, broccoli, lean cuisines, and protein shakes. Oh and no soda. I don’t drink a lot of soda but sometimes I just crave a coke. Also, instead of taking the metro home from work, I am going to walk/run 4 times a week. It’s a little over 3 miles.
I’ve decided that yes, I have a gut. I don’t really have small hips either so a little pudge around the middle is going to remain. But my boobs…I swear, if they weren’t so ginormous, I would not look so busty! The trick is going to be losing weight in my chest and my face. I think that is where I gain my weight first, is my chest. It’ll be tough but I’m excited to start!
I’ll keep everyone updated but say goodbye to the old Tierra. I’ll post some before and after pictures at the end of this journey.
