Reverse chivalry?

Reverse chivalry is bull. For Valentine’s Day this year, Luis has put me in charge of planning the evening. Dinner, after dinner, the whole show. I kinda have dinner figured out but I am clueless on what to do after. I am on sabbatical from drinking so going to a bar after isn’t going to be fun, for me.

I am open to suggestions from my readers!

And for the record, it should ALWAYS be the mans job to figure out Valentines Day!

Perhaps your better half thought of this as a way for you to appreciate the hard work invested in planning the perfect vday from a man’s perspective. I, applaud his efforts in trying to express his opinion on how its NOT “women’s day” but “valentine’s day” and that women are often quick to expect to be swept of their feet on Feb. 14th every year. If women can vote, they can plan a fucking night. :)

    lmao. Nicely put.

But I deserve ONE night a year to be swept off my feet. :)

What about him? Doesnt he deserve one night as well?

I say that you do something totally girly that he will absolutely hate. Like watch Beaches or something. He’ll never put you in charge of it again.
