To follow up on my financial woes post from yesterday, I called Bank of America to get the $140 in insufficient funds fees reversed. I had to speak to 6 different people before one woman was willing to reverse $70. I told her thanks and she asked if there was anything else she could do for me.
My response: can I speak to a manager please?
Her: Regarding?
Me: The two other fees you didn’t reverse.
Her: One moment please.
I speak to a manager and explain the situation again, she doesn’t even hesitate to reverse the other $70. FINALLY some banking justice.
I will probably NEVER return to The Guards in Georgetown and if I do, I will be paying in cash.
