The last three weeks, my friend Robbie and I have been on the Standard Process cleanse. It’s basically a vegan diet and it sucks. Especially if you’re carnivorous, like myself. All that aside, I’ve lost about 7 pounds in 3 weeks, 6 of which I gained back after the cruise last year. (Robbie is down 12 pounds, go Champ!) So basically I’m back to where I was circa May 2011. I have 11 pounds to go to be at my goal weight by the wedding. If I could lose more, that’d be great but I’m afraid my wedding dress will be too big to be altered. I guess a good problem to have, right?
